Every marketplace sells the same lead to five pros and charges all five. The engine does the opposite, and the opposite is the whole product.

The supply builder finds the businesses in that category and city ahead of time and checks three things. Real: a live website or an operating listing. Active: recent reviews or recent work. Reachable: a phone or an email that verifies.
The pro replies YES with the job code and the customer is connected. Nobody else gets the lead. If the pro passes, the next verified pro gets the text.

AI Lead Strategies LLC was founded in 2024 in Exton, Pennsylvania. We spent two years building NEXUS OS, a lead engine that found buyers across the open web and wrote the outreach. It worked, and it taught us the one thing that matters: the lead is the moment someone asks. So we pointed the whole engine at that moment and called it Sirfus.
